Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will create the strategic marketing plan and manage the tactical execution of marketing, outreach and communications for our home improvement business. Marketing Responsibilities – working in coordination with business and staff leads to: • Develop, implement, and own the execution and measures to define results and improvements on marketing strategies • Influence the direction of the overall marketing strategy based on new and/or proven techniques and approaches • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders. Management Responsibilities • Hiring and training department staff. • Expertise in budget-management skills. • Superior skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
