Position Overview: Bay Area Children’s Theatre is seeking a strategic and innovative marketer to champion the organization’s marketing strategies and leads the planning/execution of all aspects of customer communication. The Marketing and Communications Director should be a driven self-starter, a deadline-focused master planner, who is familiar with all steps in a customer’s journey and is excited to collaborate with all departments to achieve sales goals and deepen a customer’s relationship with Bay Area Children’s Theatre. -Manage and maintain excellence with the overall Bay Area Children's Theatre Brand- adhering to company’s brand guidelines. -Affirm Bay Area Children’s Theatre’s role as a social media influencer -representing BACT as a creative force in children’s entertainment.
