Director of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for someone who thrives on influencing and activating social media conversations to help women elevate their personal and professional success. You are: A positive person who truly wants to affect real change in the lives of women around the world A strong copywriter and excellent communicator - written and verbal A creative thinker with experience using video/photo editing software (Canva currently) A person with a fearless, audacious attitude- someone who isn’t afraid to approach influencers, podcasters, executives, media, and meeting planners. A fan and follower of motivational books, mindset optimization and kick-ass women in business Curious and adaptable about the unique culture and trends of each social media platform Eager to embrace and experiment with emerging social media trends and other digital platforms What you’ll be doing: Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain Erin’s personal brand as well as the company brand Manage and develop social media marketing campaigns Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, and social media messages Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses, making recommendations for improvements Research social media trends and inform team of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities Create and nurture relationships with influencers, podcasters and media via social media accounts and email Seek out keynote opportunities - sending videos, books and testimonials to potential clients to secure more live appearances, virtual appearances, and media interviews. You will have your own office with a closed door in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach, a few blocks from the sand and all the shops and restaurants. Dental/Vision/Health benefits will not be provided however a monthly stipend will be allotted for you to cover insurance, phone, etc.
