In a fast-paced and high-energy environment, the Director of Sales and Marketing has the overall responsibility of developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans and programs, both short- and long- term objectives for the company while providing direction and leadership for the marketing and sales department. • Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure accountability of work, goals and event details. • Coordination of effort with the Operations managers and restaurant managers to ensure proper execution of the events and growth of new business • Planning, forecasting and tracking all sales and marketing budgets, sales goals and marketing initiatives • Management the growth of corporate and leisure business
