We're looking for a Director, Visual Branding and Packaging Commercialization who can bring all of those elements together.  This is an opportunity for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded leader to influence how our brands show up in the marketplace — from the first design concept to the finished package in a consumer's hands.

Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

In this enterprise leadership role, you'll shape and steward the visual identity of Reynolds Consumer Products' branded and private-label portfolio, ensuring our packaging and point-of-sale materials deliver compelling brand experiences while meeting the highest standards of quality, consistency, and commercial execution.

You'll lead talented teams across Creative Design and Creative Operations, with accountability for the entire packaging commercialization journey — from design strategy and artwork development through prepress, print production, and market readiness.

Just as importantly, you'll serve as a trusted partner across Marketing, Innovation, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, bringing people and priorities together to deliver meaningful business results.

* Shape and champion visual branding strategies across brands, categories, and channels.
* Ensure packaging, displays, and other consumer-facing materials create compelling, consistent brand experiences.
* Establish visual standards that balance creativity, brand integrity, and commercial execution.
* Anticipate consumer trends and emerging capabilities that can strengthen our brands.

**Turn Creative Vision into Commercial Reality**

* Lead packaging commercialization from design development through artwork, prepress, and print production.
* Ensure packaging graphics, displays, shelf-ready packaging, and printed materials are technically accurate, production-ready, and visually consistent.
* Champion excellence in color management, print quality, and execution across materials and suppliers.
* Solve complex design-to-production challenges through collaboration, technical expertise, and structured problem-solving.

**Drive Innovation and Operational Excellence**

* Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, cost, and efficiency across creative and commercialization workflows.
* Partner with Procurement to establish print supplier standards, evaluate capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
* Advance sustainable packaging solutions while balancing brand impact, operational feasibility, and value engineering.
* Explore emerging technologies, automation, and new ways of working that elevate creative operations.

Qualifications
--------------

We're looking for a leader who combines creative vision with operational discipline — someone who understands that great branding doesn't stop at the design stage. It succeeds when that vision is consistently and effectively brought to life.

Required:

* A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 12+ years of progressive experience in visual branding and print production within consumer products or manufacturing.
* At least 6 years of senior-level people leadership experience, including leading managers.
* Deep expertise in packaging design, artwork development, prepress, print production, and color management.
* Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across a large organization.
* The ability to balance creative excellence with technical requirements, commercial priorities, and operational realities.
* Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across functions.
* A passion for developing people, challenging conventional thinking, and continuously improving how work gets done.

Bonus Eligibility
-----------------

Role is eligible for 25% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
