The right candidate will responsible for design, creation, and delivery of marketing related content (written and graphical) that supports marketing activities of the various branches of DHI Mortgage and DHI Financial Services. Ensure that graphics and imagery are approved, accurate, and up to dateEnsure that the layout of all collateral, graphics, and imagery content is accessible and logical. Format photos for use in print and digital marketing efforts.Become familiar with mortgage specific products, services, licensing information, disclosures, and any other DHI Mortgage Compliance requirements using internal resourcesSupport users with webpage and email template designsAssist in reviewing and proofing all advertisementsContribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects as neededConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school Two to four years of related experience and/or training in graphic design and creating, developing, and analyzing marketing materials Must be proficient or have working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Adobe Flash; JavaScriptAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsMust be able to work within tight deadlines and budget(s) and have excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detailProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferredAbility to understand and/or calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest rates, proportions and percentagesUnderstanding of audio & video technology and methods; HTML, HTML 5, CSS, other markup languages; and CRMCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
