Northern VA Design Build Company seeking Draftsman/Estimator Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD Designer/Operator. Proficient in SketchUp or other in-design graphic software 3D imagery (i.e., VIP 3D). Ability to provide construction drawings for decks, porches, pergolas, porticos and retaining walls for permit. Ability to compile material list from construction drawings for estimating cost. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
