DTG / DTF Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist

Acclaim Screen Printing is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our production department as a DTG / DTF Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both graphic design and hands-on production. The position includes creating customer mockups, preparing artwork, operating DTG printing equipment, managing DTF transfer orders, applying DTF prints, communicating with customers, and helping keep jobs on schedule.

We’re looking for someone dependable, positive, and excited to be part of a fast-paced apparel decoration company that takes pride in high-quality work.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Create professional artwork mockups and proofs for customer approval
Prepare and adjust artwork for DTG, DTF, and screen printing production
Communicate with customers about design details, approvals, production updates, and job status
Manage production dates and help keep jobs on schedule
Operate and maintain DTG printing equipment
Pretreat garments and prepare materials for printing
Submit and manage DTF orders sent to contract printers
Inspect, organize, and verify DTF transfers when they arrive
Heat apply DTF transfers to garments with accurate placement and consistent quality
Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace
Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required
Graphic design or apparel decoration experience preferred
DTG, DTF, heat press, or screen printing experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy production environment
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or garments when needed

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
