DTG / DTF Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist

Acclaim Screen Printing is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our production department as a DTG / DTF Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist. The position includes creating customer mockups, preparing artwork, operating DTG printing equipment, managing DTF transfer orders, applying DTF prints, communicating with customers, and helping keep jobs on schedule. We’re looking for someone dependable, positive, and excited to be part of a fast-paced apparel decoration company that takes pride in high-quality work. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required Graphic design or apparel decoration experience preferred DTG, DTF, heat press, or screen printing experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy production environment Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or garments when needed We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning, communicates well, and wants to be part of a growing production team.
