We also create all our prints used in our dancewear by our in-house design team, and print and press in-house as well. About Your Role As part of our printing team, your days will be spent creating unique and ever-changing print fabrics in- house through the dye sublimation process, which is a vital role to the creative and unique values our company holds. Most of your work day will be independent and self- directed, but you’ll have ample training on your role to set you up on the track for success, as well as regular check ins with supervisors and leaders. You must be unafraid of working with heavy machinery to accomplish the creation process, working closely with a press that is heated up to 400 degrees and room temperature that can get up to 80 degrees in the summer. Job Starting Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 Job Type: Full-time (39-40 hours) at Luckyleo’s workshop, within workshop hours of 9am to 5:30pm M-F.
