The Technology Assistant will use a variety of software and online applications to assist in the daily training, marketing and operational efforts within the company. They may isolate hardware and software issues, train computer users, and troubleshoot problems with computers and other office equipment. Job duties vary for technology assistants depending on the computer hardware and software programs used in the building where they work. Technology assistants provide technical support for using computer accessories and computer software programs, such as teaching a user how to access email.
