E-Commerce Associate at Growing Menswear Brand

Our menswear line is quickly growing and we're looking for a rockstar e-Commerce associate to evolve with us! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn hands-on how a retail/wholesale fashion brand operates. From e-Commerce store management to client relations to campaigns and promotions, you'll be directly involved with core functions, largely working alongside our creative director. Duties include: \\- Shopify store and wholesale platform management (product descriptions/copy writing, inventory, collections, etc.) \\- Order processing \\- Client relations (phone/email) \\- Trend research \\- Clear and direct communication with team members Desirable skills: \\- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive Suite \\- e-Commerce/fashion experience \\- Digital file management \\- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work \\- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills \\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task \\- Understanding/applied knowledge of current SEO strategies \\- Bilingual is a plus \\- Adobe/graphic design experience is a plus \\- Coding/web development skills are a plus Experience is great, but we really want someone with good energy who's eager to learn and grow.
