Graphic Designer Whether refining a homepage hero or enhancing a landing page, your focus will be on both design quality and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Design engaging campaign assets for email, paid media, social, display, and our website • Manage end-to-end creative projects throughout the customer journey, from awareness to checkout • Create and maintain design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency • Collaborate with marketing professionals, CRO specialists, and copywriters to optimize design performance • Stay updated with design trends and leverage them within a commercial context • Take ownership of your projects, proactively contributing ideas and rapidly iterating based on performance data We Are Looking For: • At least 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in e-commerce or marketing-focused brands • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking and a clear understanding of performance metrics • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience using AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to enhance the creative process • Strong understanding of mobile-first and conversion-oriented design principles • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt swiftly to changing demands • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of clear and effective written and spoken English Our company culture is young, international, and entrepreneurial, encouraging fast career advancements and self-development.
