Job Overview

The E-Commerce & Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for product photography, image editing, customer mockups, digital renderings, and management of product content across wholesale and retail sales channels. This role directly supports Sales by creating compelling visual presentations, virtual proofs, and customer-facing mockups that help drive new business opportunities and enhance the customer experience.

In addition to maintaining product listings and digital assets across various online platforms, the successful candidate will contribute to light content creation and occasional video editing projects that support marketing and merchandising initiatives.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a career-oriented professional with a minimum of three years of real-world graphic design experience and demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should possess a strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing design work, mockups, product presentations, and practical business applications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, manages competing priorities with confidence, and has a proven history of stable employment and professional growth.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience in a business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing product listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Faire or similar e-commerce DTC and B2B platforms.
Experience creating content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Experience creating short-form video content for social media and product promotion.
Knowledge of promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel decoration, or related industries.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and digital content creation workflows.

Additional Responsibilities

Broad experience creating customer mockups, virtual proofs, and product renderings.
Experience with product photography and image editing.
Strong understanding of file preparation, color management, and digital asset organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Ability to work onsite in Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
