Job Description Position Summary The Graphic Design Team (GDT) Member is responsible for ensuring customer artwork is accurately reviewed, prepared, and processed for production while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role supports customers throughout the proofing and production process by resolving artwork concerns, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure jobs move smoothly to production. The GDT should always work efficiently while striving for the goal of 'zero actionable tasks'. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance quality, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and graphic design principles.
