Summary: The Marketing Designer, Digital Experience will focus on developing engaging digital content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences. This role is a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule and may flex depending on business needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and produce sophisticated digital content, including e-commerce product visuals, enhanced product pages, landing pages, and website sections, all designed to elevate customer journey and drive engagement • Optimize designs for seamless functionality across web and mobile platforms, ensuring an intuitive and impactful user experience • Design visually compelling assets for social media and digital campaigns, encompassing banner ads, website content, and dynamic social media graphics • Conceptualize and produce marketing literature, event materials, and promotional designs that reinforce brand identity and resonate with target audiences • Develop video content including storyboards, filming, and editing • Integrate AI-driven innovation with AI tools to streamline workflows, elevate creative execution, and introduce new design solutions • Monitor industry advancements and emerging design methodologies to bring fresh, forward-thinking concepts to every project • A strong creative portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, conceptual thinking • Experience creating assets for B2B and B2C markets, with an understanding of audience-specific design approaches • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
