From lunch bags to coolers, travel to diaper bags, our products combine smart features with style to support her wherever the day takes her. You’ll use platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Weavy, and Pencil AI to concept and generate lifestyle imagery and creative assets—bringing a modern, forward-thinking approach to how ecommerce content is produced.You’ll work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Design to ensure our digital presence is not only visually compelling, but also aligned with broader business goals.What You’ll DoEcommerce Creative Development & Execution · Design and deliver high-quality, conversion-focused graphics across key ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, and others as needed) · Create a range of assets including infographics, A+ content, brand store visuals, and advertising creative · Ensure all assets are optimized for the digital shelf—balancing brand storytelling with performanceSpeed, Volume & Performance Mindset · Execute against a high volume of creative briefs with speed and precision · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines · Maintain brand standards while adapting creative for different retailers and formats · Bring a strong point of view on what will and will not perform visually in ecommerce environmentsAI-Driven Content Creation & Innovation · Leverage advanced AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Weavy, Pencil AI, etc.) to concept and generate lifestyle imagery and creative assets · Apply a hands-on understanding of AI workflows to produce high-quality visuals efficiently and at scale · Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve speed, quality, and outputCross-Functional Collaboration · Partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Design teams to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing optimization · Translate product features and benefits into clear, compelling visual storytelling · Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints and alignment with broader brand initiativesWhat We’re Looking For · A strong graphic designer with experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer products · Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality · A clear understanding of ecommerce best practices—especially Amazon and Walmart content ecosystems · Strong visual instincts with the ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics · Experience creating infographics, product storytelling, and digital retail assets · Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a curiosity to continue evolving in this space · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once · A collaborative, proactive partner who works well across teamsWhat Success Looks Like · High-quality, conversion-driven creative that elevates our presence across ecommerce channels · Fast, efficient execution of a high volume of assets without compromising brand standards · Strong visual storytelling that clearly communicates product value and drives engagement · Effective use of AI tools to scale content creation and improve workflow efficiency · A digital shelf presence that feels competitive, cohesive, and distinctly Fit + Fresh
