Merchandising Operations Manager, E-Commerce Seeking a Merchandising Operations Manager, E-Commerce who will be the part of an exciting growing team focused on digital excellence. You will work across multiple functions within the Buying, Merchandising, Product Development and Logistics teams. The Merchandising Operations Manager is a strategic and operational role. Here’s what you will do here Manage third-party vendor relationships, coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support day to day operations Manage multi-vendor drop-ship middleware, ensuring successful on-boarding of dozens of vendors to the middleware app and to the website Work with third-party vendors to write, update, and publish content on our eCommerce websites to provide a great customer experience and site accountability Develop and oversee operational business processes required to run a digital commerce business Support site merchandisers in ensuring products are set-up accurately and completely with all details and necessary information Partner with logistics team to audit and troubleshoot any issues with deliveries and receipt of goods, inventory concerns, and damaged goods Manage our technical connection with a third-party fulfillment partner to our eCommerce platform to ensure accurate inventory synchronization and seamless order processing Manages the day-to-day coordination with 3PL for internal and external customers, identifies and drives potential logistics improvements, and manages our supply chain tools to drive efficiency and reliability throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with developers on continued merchandising enhancements, QA test new feature releases Create or update SOPs for processes within merchandising operations Help design operations infrastructure to support the team’s forecasting and target numbers Develop comprehensive knowledge of all elements of product data, including data source, systems flow and process maps; track systems changes and downstream implications Monitor site performance and bring bugs and improvements to the software team Ensure operational success for buyers and merchandisers through data integrity and thorough systems review This job is for you if Great e-commerce experience, ideally working on high transactional sites/applications Strong background in manual testing with a multitude of tools and technologies Experience in the implementation of different applications, with success in systems and processes Dynamic, nimble and solution-oriented Success in building cross-group, cross-functional relationships Excellent organizational skills with an entrepreneurial focus.
