The Center of Digital and Data Excellence (CoDE) works with government ministries of health, the private sector, and donors to improve the use of digital technologies and data for improved health services. S/he/they will work with CoDE leadership to manage the financial and administrative operations of the Center, as well as partner with other PADMs (Project/Program Administrators) to support day-to-day tracking of contractual and financial deliverables of projects; support the Project Directors and field-based finance and compliance teams in management and assessment project risk; and coordination of donor relationships as assigned. This position will also work with one of CoDE’s pillar projects the CDC-funded Technical Assistance Platform as the Business Official for the project and may oversee operational excellence for other projects as assigned. Provide oversight to ensure accurate data management and knowledge management across all PATH systems and tools in coordination with project PAs and PADMs as appropriate. Must have experience with Job scheduling software preferably BMC Control-M Experience in building and supporting a test environment, running batch cycles for testing is required Functions as a member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices – tools, common components, and documentation Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and Microsoft database technologies), SQL Knowledge of Linux, AIX, and Microsoft Server platforms Ability to work independently, on multiple projects Organized and attentive to detail Strong communications skills, verbal and written (incl standards, documentation) Ability to work effectively with minimal direction Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software Desirable: general knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies and solutions Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
