Email Marketing/Website Content Coordinator

We are a PNW-based retail company whose products include Celtic/Irish/Scottish items, boho women’s clothing and accessories, and fine jewelry. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who has experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and in several different digital marketing channels. (This is a part-time position. Includes maintaining product and inventory accuracy, creating and updating graphics regularly, adding and removing products as needed, and managing customer product reviews · Management of email marketing program, including designing emails in XHTML, creating graphic elements in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, maintaining customer lists, and monitoring triggered email efforts · Coordination with social media consultants, including development of visual and written content for engaging, brand-consistent posts · Tracking and analyzing ROI and customer response to email campaigns · Customer service communications via website and social media, managing inquiries and interaction with our community in a friendly, professional way · Conceptualization and production of any additional graphics, across all marketing efforts and platforms, both print and online · Maintaining consistent branding and customer communication across all platforms Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) in marketing, communications, design or a related field · Experience running email marketing campaigns, including triggered emails · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products · Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML and CSS · Proficiency in graphic design and basic photo editing · Basic knowledge of Google Analytics · Organized, task-oriented and reliable · Self- starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently, as well as collaboratively (on email design with owner/art director) · Ability to thrive in a work environment with shifting priorities, including ability to juggle several different tasks at once Preferred qualifications: · Knowledge of SEO/SEM and pay-per-click (PPC) · Strong writing and editing skills · Ability to analyze and present data in a user-friendly way · Familiarity with Irish/Scottish/Celtic culture and history Job type: Part-time (approx. 25-30 hours/week) Pay: $25 - $30/hr, DOE Benefits: · Paid Time Off · Birthdays Off · Employee Discount · Flexible Work Schedule · Remote Work Encouraged • To apply: · Submit a cover letter and resume · Include 3 professional references
