Duties
Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to specific design requirements and production schedules
Load, thread, and maintain embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and design instructions
Monitor machine operation throughout the embroidery process to ensure flawless stitching and quality standards
Setup embroidery files, adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow momentum
Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and adherence to design specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accessible
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols
Assist with basic garment construction tasks as needed, including fabric handling and finishing touches
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
Requirements
Previous experience operating embroidery machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred
Knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing processes
Familiarity with sewing machines, embroidery software, or related machinery is a plus
Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in stitching and design accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Ability to lift up to 20lbs as needed
Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and safety procedures in a warehouse environment
Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
