Embroidery Professional and Production Assistant

This is a requirement to apply for the position. Your Job duties will include the following: Digitizing files Sewing out sample designs Short run custom embroidery production Hooping, trimming and finishing jobs Machine maintenance Help as needed in sign production, heat transfer and dye sub work Driving for deliveries as needed Applicants are REQUIRED to have the following: • At least 2 years experience working with Melco equipment and digitizing software • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Proficient with Mac and PC • Able to lift at least 75# and work on your feet for the majority of the day • Clean MVR and valid driver's license • Strong time management skills. We succeed as a team and need people willing to ask for and offer help when needed. The IDEAL candidate will have some or all of the following: • An associates or bachelors degree • Experience as a manager or supervisor • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Experience working with high level clients • Graphic Design and/or Marketing experience • Ability to identify opportunities to improve our process and professionally offer recommendations We are a small family business with a team of 8 employees and take pride in our work and our relationships with our customers.
