Embroidery/Screenprinting Production Graphic Artist/Designer

Position: Graphic Designer & Embroidery Production Specialist Location: On-site – Hartford, CT Pay: $25.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: 10-hour shift (Monday–Thursday) As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with hands-on embroidery and screen-printing knowledge to join our close-knit, hardworking team. • Develop original designs for GimaSport-branded apparel and promotional campaigns. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (required) • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in embroidery and screen printing production (required) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop • Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software and production processes • Experience working with Shopworx, FileMaker, and Inksoft platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to shifting production priorities We're excited to welcome a dedicated designer who thrives in both the creative and production sides of the business.
