Endeavor Real Estate Group is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is excited to grow as a designer, and values strong working relationships with teammates and internal clients alike.As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director and team members across our leasing and development teams to create a wide range of materials. You’ll design for both print and digital platforms and be part of a collaborative, communicative, and solutions-focused team.What We’re Looking For:A team player who communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in personSomeone who’s flexible and responsive, able to adjust quickly based on feedback or shifting needsStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teamsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)Some experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (beginner to intermediate is great! )Strong organization and time management skills—you’ll be balancing multiple deadlinesA positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to all types of projectsInterest in the commercial real estate industryPhotography skills are a bonus!What You’ll Be Doing:Design flyers and brochures using our branded templates or design standardsCreate original designs for new projects—bring your ideas to the table!Make timely updates to existing flyers and assets as requestedKeep graphic source files organized and up to dateDesign and update email blasts using templatesRefresh other marketing assets as needed (presentations, inventories, etc. We offer a hybrid work schedule to help you balance your work and personal life.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a link to your online portfolio.
