Reporting to the Senior Video Producer/Video Director, you will focus on video editing, motion graphics, and production support within the marketing team.What You'll Do: Video Editing & Motion Graphics (primary)Edit short- and long-form video content using the Adobe Creative SuiteDesign and animate motion graphics to enhance storytelling and visual appealAssist with color correction, sound design, and basic visual effectsFormat and optimize videos for different platforms, including YouTube, social media, and the EnergySage websiteProduction SupportAssist in organizing and maintaining video assets, ensuring proper file management and archivingDevelop processes for video requests and briefingSupport video shoots by assisting with setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipmentCapture behind-the-scenes content or supplementary footage when neededAssist in maintaining the in-house production studio and video equipmentCollaboration & OptimizationWork closely with the marketing and design teams to align video content with brand goalsCreate and test different thumbnail designs to improve engagementEnsure seamless handoff of edited content for distribution across platformsImplement feedback to refine video edits and improve engagementWhat We Look For:3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia productionProficiency in with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.Understanding of video codecs, compression, color space, and formattingMust be organized and able to maintain a fast-paced working environmentMust be able to effectively handle multiple competing priorities and be flexible with workload and turnaround timesProficient with color correction in Adobe Premier and/Resolve, understanding of LUT based workflows and color managementAbility to sound design and mix content for web distributionPhoto editing with Photoshop and/or Lightroom is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in asset managementAbility to work collaboratively and accept creative feedbackPassion for clean energy, sustainability, and consumer educationExperience with professional video cameras and production equipmentKnowledge of digital content distribution and social media video best practicesDesirable but not requiredAbility to film social media-specific video content without supervisionInterest in podcast editing or other multimedia storytelling formatsConfidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job - but we believe there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate.
