Engraving / Graphic Design

Engraving: A key component of this will be preparing Corel Draw files with engraving layouts, manipulating company logos, or adapting one of our templates to customer specifications and then executing the engraving using laser engraving machines. We will train you on the specifics of operating the engraving machine and preparing files in the required format, so prior experience as an engraver / graphic designer is not necessary - just a willingness and aptitude to learn.Shipping: Once our products are engraved, you will be responsible for packaging and preparing them for shipment. You will also help organize and maintain shipping material inventory and receive and unpack incoming shipments.Inventory: Assist with keeping track of inventory of merchandiseMarketing: As a large portion of our business is online, marketing is key to the growth and success of the business. Assisting with brainstorming and recording of marketing photos and videos posted to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to show off our designs and product offerings. Prior experience is not necessary, just a willingness and excitement to help grow our social media presence.General QualificationsExtremely quality conscious; excellent attention to detail.Excellent organization and time management skills.Able to multi-task and balance competing priorities.Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Great eye for designPersonable and friendly; positive, "can do" attitude.Must be able to function well in a team environmentAbility to lift, lower, and slide objects up to 35 pounds.Technical QualificationsPrevious knowledge / experience of Adobe Photoshop but preferably Corel DrawProficient with both Mac and Windows computing environments.Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
