Job Description: What It Takes to Succeed • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Acrobat Professional • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work on both PC and Mac • Strong skills in logo design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills • Ability to take feedback, adapt quickly, and work efficiently under deadlines • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings when needed • Positive, guest-friendly attitude with the ability to interact with a wide range of people Bonus Points for: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • At least 1+ years of experience in sign design, graphic design, or related field • Experience with 3D modeling/animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar) a strong plus • Must be able to lift 20lbs, push/pull 50lbs, and stand for prolonged periods • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including Texas heat • Flexible to adjust schedule as business needs evolve • Practices safe work habits, including PPE use, proper lifting, and reporting unsafe situations
