The Learning and Development Content Developer assists with the day-to-day content design and development necessary for learning projects across the organization. The Learning and Development Content Developer is part of the Learning and Development team that creates and manages training content that is learner-friendly, relevant to the objectives of the business, and effective in developing employees to become their very best. • Independently create training content that is relevant to the needs of the learner/employee and business goals and objectives with minimal guidance's. Skills: • Graphic design knowledge • Enthusiasm for learning • Knowledge of authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline and Rise360, AI-based content authoring programs, and Microsoft Office Suite • Audio and video production and editing skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and flexibility • Ability to work collaboratively with others • Ability to recognize personal strengths and weaknesses and develop goals for professional growth and achievement • Demonstrate our culture with a strong commitment to quality and excellence • Writes and develops creatively in a variety of different styles/tones to ensure the best content for the learner/employee.
