Reporting to the Creative Services lead, this role will support a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives - both internal and external - through the development of high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand.Responsibilities & Expectations:Design digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentation, decks, infographics, internal newsletters, event collateral, and signageCollaborate with marketing, communications, and business development teams to visually support campaigns and proposalsAssist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all assetsPrepare files for both print and digital production, ensuring quality and consistencyContribute to photography, video, and multimedia projects as neededOrganize and manage digital assets and project filesSupport administrative tasks and ad-hoc creative projectsQualifications and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related floorProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design toolsExcellent communication and collaborations skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytellingExperience in UI/UX design or motion graphicsKnowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or MondayStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentInterest in industrial services, B2B marketing, and/or corporate communications is a plusYou'll thrive at IPS if you...* Lead with integrity and prioritize safety. * Value teamwork and accountability. * Focus on the customer.
