Be Part of Our Mission As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visual content that enhances our communication strategies for prospective learners. Create engaging designs based on project requirements and concepts.Adhere to established brand guidelines in all designs.Produce final designs for print, digital, and interactive projects.Assist with special design tasks such as color correction and photo editing.Manage timelines effectively and meet project deadlines.Work on a range of branding projects including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, and websites.Demonstrate punctuality, attendance, and reliability.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Strong skills in creating PowerPoint presentations.Experience with both print and digital design applications.A professional graphic design portfolio showcasing youth-oriented design work.We value inclusion and diverse perspectives, so if you’re passionate about graphic design and eager to contribute to our mission, we encourage you to apply!
