Summary/Objective The Entry-Level Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating stunning graphic designs for both print and digital media. This position is centered around generating fresh concepts, updating existing designs, adhering to brand guidelines, and working collaboratively with various teams to deliver exceptional campaigns and design materials.
Responsibilities
Create marketing materials that are consistent with brand standards across various platforms including print, digital, and social media.Develop and enhance image and layout designs that effectively convey core messages and engage targeted audiences.Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure design projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.Assist in designing and adapting visual elements for mobile applications to enhance user experience.Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand style across all channels.Organize and integrate feedback to support effective design solutions.Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of project tasks.Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Manage daily tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively with management about potential challenges.Engage in collaborative design critiques, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.Review designs meticulously for accuracy and alignment with branding prior to final production.Adhere to established brand and regulatory guidelines, addressing questions or issues as they arise.Keep an organized collection of images and previous work for reference and reuse.Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to inspire innovative design approaches.Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce and enhance marketing materials.Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred; 0-2 years of experience in print and digital production, or a comparable combination of education and experience.An online portfolio showcasing creative print and digital design work, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design fundamentals, is required.Proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Dependable with a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivated.Creative problem solver who is willing to take initiative while following guidance.Able to prioritize tasks, report on progress, and meet deadlines consistently.Collaborative mindset with the ability to present work for internal feedback and reviews.Perform creatively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.EEO Statement
