Entry-Level Graphic Designer / Production Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and dependable Entry-Level Graphic Designer / Production Associate to join our fast-paced sign shop team. This role combines graphic design, sign production, and hands-on fabrication work to help bring customer branding and signage projects to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in graphic design, large-format printing, vinyl application, signage production, and visual communications within a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and prepare customer artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and promotional materialsEdit customer-supplied files for print productionAssist with layout design and proof creationEnsure artwork meets production specifications and brand standardsWork with Flexi and other design/production softwareProduction & Fabrication

Operate large-format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and finishing equipmentWeed, mask, trim, and assemble vinyl graphics and signageApply vinyl graphics to various substratesAssist with banner finishing, mounting, and packagingMaintain cleanliness and organization of production area Customer Support & Team Collaboration

Communicate professionally with customers regarding artwork and revisionsCollaborate with sales and production team members to meet deadlinesHelp ensure projects are completed accurately and on timeParticipate in shop installations when neededQualifications

Basic knowledge of graphic design principlesFamiliarity with Flexi preferredStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious sign shop experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer
