Your Role Awaits
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll craft compelling visual communications and provide creative solutions that elevate the university's outreach efforts. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you'll develop visual strategies targeting prospective learners across multiple channels, including email, print, digital, web, video, and integrated campaigns.
Create captivating designs based on project requirements and concepts.
Adhere to established brand guidelines for consistency and professionalism.
Prepare final designs for print, digital, and interactive projects.
Handle special design tasks such as color correction, photo editing, and file preparation.
Manage timelines efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Work on diverse branding projects, including presentations, brochures, social media content, and website designs.
Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential to this role.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
We're Looking For
A minimum of 3 years of experience with standard design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Skill in building engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
A professional graphic design portfolio showcasing creative work aimed at youth audiences.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $53,156.00 - $85,068.00, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The target hiring range is $58,738.00 - $79,470.00.
