Entry-Level Creative Designer
As a vital member of our creative team, the Entry-Level Creative Designer will play a crucial role in bringing our brand stories to life through engaging visual communications across both digital and print platforms. Collaborating closely with creative and marketing partners, the Entry-Level Creative Designer will help implement marketing campaigns, branded materials, social media content, and internal initiatives while gaining practical experience in design systems, production, and creative operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing captivating visual content for digital and print channels, including signage, social media posts, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communications.Adapt and resize creative assets to suit various channels and formats, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines across multiple brands.Work with cross-functional teams to gather input, implement feedback, and complete projects punctually.Prepare production-ready files, ensure organized file management, and maintain asset libraries to enhance workflow efficiency.Stay updated on design trends and brand best practices to enhance creative output and support compelling visual storytelling.Program Support
Coordinate and assist in executing small-scale marketing and operational programs such as:Fundraising initiativesRegional Campaign ActivationsPromotional giveaways or branded merchandiseManage timelines, logistics, and deliverables to guarantee smooth execution of assigned programs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to track progress and communicate updates effectively.Assist in light reporting and documenting program outcomes for team review to help with optimization.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.At least 2 years of practical experience in a creative, design, or production role, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work across digital and print mediums.Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; capable of creating polished, brand-consistent assets across various platforms.Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) to streamline communication and processes.Exceptional organizational abilities to manage competing priorities and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with teams.Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance, ensuring that all creative outputs meet brand and production standards.A flexible and resourceful team player with a growth mindset, willing to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows.Physical Requirements:
