Responsibilities: • Assist the design team in the preparation of digital files for production of promotional products, apparel, signage, and printed materials. • Communicate courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of their jobs, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met. • Review job specifications from work orders and produce print-ready digital files that adhere to client requirements and brand guidelines. • Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment • Previous experience or internships in graphic design or a related field is a plus but not required. • Must be flexible with an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to change with little prior notice • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
