ENTRY LEVEL LANDSCAPE DESIGNER Hoffman & Ospina Landscape Architecture is an award-winning nationally recognized landscape architecture firm specializing in high-end residential design and construction. We are currently seeking a talented design professional with 2-10 years’ experience working in landscape design to join our team in Central Texas. A creative problem-solver who loves strategizing, collaborating, and resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate will have competency in the technical aspects of landscape architecture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Support design graphics and technical drawing production from concept development through construction observation • Engage in ideation and design conceptualization; • Participate collaboratively with internal and external teams; • Get familiar with various construction materials and regional Texas planting options; • Work with a range of project types and sizes; Required Qualifications: • Creative self-starter interested in working in a small firm; • Degree in landscape architecture; • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and experience with 3D programs (Sketch‐up, Lumion); • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and graphic); • Experience in construction detailing, methods, and technologies preferred; • Locally located in the greater San Antonio area.
