Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Environmental Design Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the EDG Creative Team in conceptualizing and producing creative campaigns and a variety of graphic materials for our clients’ design and marketing projects. As a Graphic/Creative Designer at Environmental Design Group, you will:Design and produce high-quality visual content for online and offline platforms including digital ads, landing pages, websites, print collateral, infographics, logos, videos, and other marketing materials.Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop and improve overall brand strength, consistency, and presence.Have a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading skills.Capture still photography using DSLR camera and lighting equipment as required Review and create graphics to support production pieces.Design storyboards and build engaging presentations that align with our client’s brand, as well as the EDG brand and our strategic plans.Creative copywriting skills are a huge bonus (campaign messaging, taglines, social copy, brand voice and tone, supplemental copy) as are strong proofreading skills.Manage external vendors, including printers.Participate in business development meetings, client service meetings, proposal debrief meetings, etc.Adhere to the company’s QA/QC Performance Standards.Attend networking events, trade shows, and technical conferences for professional development opportunities.Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field of study is required.3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, photography, videography, video-editing, and/or digital media marketing is required. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, with experience in Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Animate). Proficient in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word].Drone license is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and stellar organizational skills. Keen attention to detail ensuring all graphic elements are in line with branding guidelines and technical requirements.Must be able to take constructive criticism and can work with various departments to finish necessary projects.Self-starter, and able to think creatively to solve problems and finish the scope of work on time.Ability to coordinate multiple deadline-driven tasks.Knowledge of website graphics including CSS and HTML editing capabilities.
