The Assistant Owner’s Representative for Signage & Wayfinding supports the Lead Owner’s Representative in managing the planning, design, coordination, and execution of signage and wayfinding scope on behalf of Ownership. The position serves as a key liaison between Ownership, consultants, and project teams, helping translate strategy into execution while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience. Assist in tracking ADA, life safety, and jurisdictional requirements related to signage and wayfinding.Support documentation and submission processes for permits and approvals as required.Fabrication & Installation Support Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Graphic Design, Construction Management, or related field — or equivalent experience.3–6+ years of experience in signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, design coordination, or owner’s representative support roles.Familiarity with signage design processes, fabrication methods, and installation sequencing.Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred Accurate tracking and coordination of signage scope itemsTimely reviews and approvals with minimal reworkClear documentation and communication across teamsSmooth support of the Lead Owner’s Representative resulting in on-time, on-budget
