Environmental Graphic Designer

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Toole Design’s 19 offices across the US, with emphasis on projects located in their region. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, landscape architecture, or related field from an accredited college or university and/or comparable work experience in lieu of a degree • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, industrial design, landscape architecture, or other related field • 3+ years’ experience in wayfinding, including the preparation of design intent drawings demonstrating knowledge of fabrication techniques, relevant building/planning codes, and human-centered design • A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills • Proficiency in graphic production using Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with CADTools, SignAgent, GIS, and/or Sketchup preferred • Strong logic and writing skills that support the development of sign locations and messaging • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to balance multiple projects.
