Position Overview This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the Belmont office and remote work on other days, fostering both office culture and collaborative work. Key Responsibilities • Acting as a point of contact on projects for clients and vendors • Preparing documentation and management of wayfinding, signage and environmental graphic projects • Generation of design intent documents, message schedules, sign programming, and sign location plans • Supervising fabrication and installation • Project management and administration • Project travel for meetings, presentations, and site visits • Preparing punchlists at project completion • Coordination of vendors and subcontractors • Construction, contract, and production management including detailed drawings • Performing other various tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Sign Agent is a plus • CAD and 3D experience is a plus Benefits & Perks • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Life insurance
