The ideal candidate is a creative individual who is fast-paced, highly motivated, gets a quality job done in a timely manner, as well as someone who doesn’t fold under stress and has great attention to detail. This position will work closely with clients to bring their concepts and advertisements to life through design. As director, you willbe required to manage the day-to-day workflow of the creative department. This is an in-office position; telecommuters and freelancers need not apply.Compensation will be done on experience DOE and may be discussed during the interview.Required Skills:• Must have color correcting experience• Adobe Creative Suite CS5 and above preferred• Experience designing advertisements and marketing material• The ability to create eye-catching and visually stunning work• Large format print experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Typography, color theory, and design concepts• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player• Efficient time-management and organizational skills• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills:• Product photography/videography skills• Web design skills• Commercial design experience• Marketing experienceInclude a link to your portfolio or examples of your work along with your resume.
