The studio creates comprehensive design solutions for the world’s most attended sporting venues and events–ranging from brand activation, signage systems, environmental graphics, and partner integration. You'll also bring a familiarity and interest with facets of the print production process and materials/fabrication techniques to the table. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and/or a portfolio that reflects strong graphic abilities • Experience with built environments/familiarity with Environmental/Experiential Graphic Design • 2-5 years of professional experience • Experience working with multiple project teams and clients • Experience reading, interpreting, and working with architectural plans and construction documents • Print Production experience: creating print-ready files, color selection and refinement, etc. • Openness to receiving feedback and implementing in an effective/efficient manner • The ability to work on multiple projects in multiple phases–working with the design team, project leadership team, as well as the ability to communicate with fabrication partners/printers as needed • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and lead projects throughout the entirety of the process • Strong conceptual, typographic, visual communication and problem-solving skills • Proactive, capable of both independent and collaborative work, and views teamwork as a vital asset • Self-awareness, accountability, adaptability, and a high degree of emotional intelligence • Knowledge of Fabrication methods and materials is a plus
