Event Staff – Creative, Video and Graphic Services Assistant

Role Summary: Reporting to the Director, Creative Services, the Creative & Graphic Services Assistant will assist the Bakersfield Condors Marketing department in all graphic and web design projects and assist in the coordination and execution of all assigned elements relating to live game and event production. You have the ability to, and you enjoy building strong relationships with external customers You are passionate about Sports and Entertainment You have strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients You have the ability to execute exceptional organizational skills in the face of tight deadlines and multiple demands. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required You have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment) Compensation: This role is budgeted to start at $16.90/hour.
