Our ideal candidate is organized, creative, self-motivated, and has a passion for food and wine. Previous restaurant experience and an enthusiasm for the industry is preferred, but not required. Our restaurant group has been recognized by the likes of The New York Times, New York Mag, Eater, and Wine Enthusiast for our commitment to sustainable business practices, gracious hospitality, and a kick ass wine program. We are a New York City based restaurant group that operates six restaurant concepts and venue spaces: Amali (Manhattan), Calissa (Southampton), The Muses (Southampton), Bar Marseille (The Rockaways), Collective Retreats (Governor's Island), Juniper (Long Island) and Bar Marseille (the Rockaways). Amali has been an Eater 38 Essential New York Restaurant for over two years and was recently named one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Best Wine Restaurants.
