Executive Administrator/Marketing Coordinator

Perform varied coordination and support duties in key areas of growing international sourcing, manufacturing and supply company. Areas of focus: • Website, e-mail, social media, and collateral marketing creation and facilitation • General sales, marketing, and order flow support • Customer interaction, light sales, and support Duties and responsibilities Primary job duties and support responsibilities include the following: • Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platform marketing • Order processing and customer coordination • Effectively communicate with various departments within organization • Facilitate sample shipping between factory and customers • Light in house sales facilitation, customer service and sales support Qualifications Ideal qualifications include: • College or Jr. College degree • Previous administrative & marketing experience • Electronic media management, graphic design and product marketing experience • Computer knowledge and skills required – Mailchimp, Canva, Social Media sites, Microsoft Office, etc. • Desire to take on responsibility, show initiative and multi task • Ability to liaise with all departments within organization • Bilingual is a plus, but not required Working conditions Candidate will be working in an office Physical requirements Most duties would be office based activity with only possible light lifting required.
