Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Suncoast Humane Society, an animal welfare nonprofit is seeking an Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer The Ideal Candidate has outstanding oral and written communication skills and is able to successfully work with various customer bases. Must be able to compose, edit, proofread and disperse business, fundraising and marketing communications. An understanding and application of basic graphic design and branding guidelines is required. Must possess Impeccable organizational skills with events small and large and have an eye for the detail. Must be able to utilized data gathered through various software systems to create high level reports requiring the ideal candidate to be able to quickly learn industry specific software programs.
