Executive Coordinator (part OR full time, flexible hours/location)

The Executive Coordinator is a combination role responsible for both administrative (calendaring, travel arrangements) and communication tasks (plan and develop communication materials). This role is fantastic for someone who needs flexibility, is looking to make a career change, and/or hoping for communications (the sky's the limit) experience. Schedule, plan, organize and run events: on- site and off-site meetings, team events, holiday parties, and other celebrations. Communication/Marketing (50%): Collaborate with Lead Pastor, staff and volunteer leaders to create weekly newsletter and other email communications to members; manage social media presence for the church; design and distribute weekly worship bulletin for Sunday service.
