Executive Director of American Museum of Magic

The ED reports to AMM’s board of directors. ● As a small museum with two staff members, the AMM largely depends on recruiting and retaining volunteers. ● Working with the board to create an exhibit’s plan in order to revamp existing exhibits and produce new exhibits and interpretative signage. Position Qualifications: ● A minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably with an emphasis on public history, museum studies, history, nonprofit studies, library science or a similar subject. ● Experience working at a management level in a nonprofit organization including experience in supervising staff and volunteers.
