Call for Applicants: Visions is seeking candidates who are passionate about education, service, international development & social justice, who love to travel, and who are excited about the prospect of working for a growing grassroots nonprofit organization to come join our team. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, so interested candidates are encouraged to apply. Requirements: - Fundraising and/or grant-writing experience strongly preferred - Strong public speaking, interpersonal and networking skills - Proficiency in other languages (specifically Spanish, ASL, Tamil or Amharic) - Teaching experience - The Visions Program Manager will assist the Visions Executive Director with any necessary projects / tasks as required - Assist in particular with all aspects of Visions’ girl boarding school project in Nicaragua and with a tablet-based open source learning platform currently under development - Travel internationally to conduct trainings and site visits, conduct partner & program assessments, work in close collaboration with local staff and partners, assess and manage Visions’ projects, lead volunteer / service-learning and donor trips - Travel domestically to host and/or assist with fundraising events, attend networking meetings / conferences, etc.
