Exhibitions Graphic Designer

• Design and produce graphic elements that are accessible to museum visitors, consistent with the overall exhibition design vision, and that will convey the messages of the exhibition to museum visitors. • Design exhibition identities and graphic concepts in concert with Head of Exhibition Design, Curatorial, Publications, and the exhibition project team. • Use computer graphics software and hardware to design and develop original graphic elements and production files; produce graphics elements in-house as needed including museum object labels. • Coordinate graphics production schedule in collaboration with the Exhibition Design department • Document all graphics in an easily retrievable manner for purposes of fabrication, installation, and archival records. • Responsible for producing and maintaining all museum labels in concert with Graphics Technician.
