We are looking for an experienced (min 3-5 years) client service/ support professional to be part of our rapidly growing team on the Northwest Side of Chicago. MUST have experience in the print and/or promotional products industry. -Must be able to take project specs and source print and promotional products to the appropriate vendor -Complete Purchase Orders and send to outside vendors. You need to be confident at troubleshooting and investigate, if you don’t have enough information, to resolve customer complaints. \\- Process warehouse release orders and arrange shipping with messengers and trucking companies QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 Years direct industry experience in either print or promotional products Strong Computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with graphic design a plus(not required) Be able to work independently • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent A desire to learn A passion for delivering excellent customer service A clear and confident telephone manner Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Excellent listening skills Attention to detail and accuracy An Ability to form and maintain long-term relationships with our customers An Ability to Multi task Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: Ability to commute/relocate: • Chicago, IL 60646: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Customer service: 3 years (Required) Work Location: One location
